Correspondence

A printed. single-sided letter on a white piece of paper addressed to City of Kingston from the House of Commons in Ottawa on June 16, 2003. On the central top of the letter is a green image of the coat of arms. The green words below the image are "HOUSE OF COMMONS// CHAMBRE DES COMMUNES// CANADA// The Sergeant-at-Arms// Le Sergent d'armes". This letter in printed black texts reads "City of Kingston// This is to certify that the enclosed flag was flown from the Peace Tower on Parliament Hill on 15 June 2003". The letter is signed by M.G. Cloutier in black ink on the lower right, and it is affixed with the red seal of the House of Commons on the bottom left.
