A shield shaped wooden plaque with the grey coloured Coat of arms of Renfrew county mounted on it. The coat of arms has a blue shield with a ship on it. Mounted above the shield is a knight's helmet with red and silver feathers and a lion on the top. Above the coat of arms is a gold coloured band with the motto "Avito Viret Honore", which means "he flourishes through the honour of his ancestors" in English. There is a gold coloured band below the coat of arms, reads "County Council of Renfrew" in black lettering. On the back of the plaque is a circular shaped black plastic piece at the top with the words "MADE IN GT BRITAIN".
