Whistle, Steam

A metal steam whistle with a robe attached to the handle. A cylindrical shape with a handle on the outside. A pipe that divides into two with threaded ends comes out of the bottom. A large threaded pipe comes out of the top of the whistle. The centre of the pipe is a hollow cylinder with a gap between it and the base. One of the pipe pieces has "3/4" and "1/4" engraved into it.
