Whistle, Steam

A steam whistle composed of a metal pipe with a perforated cone shaped top. The bottom is a small piece of pipe that has been threaded so it can screw into something else. There is a curved handle on the outside of the whistle that when moves, moves a mechanism inside the whistle.
