Description
A wooden plaque with 2 metal logos on the top. The top left logo is for the Criminal Intelligence Service Ontario (CISO), consisting of 3 intertwined yellow, blue and red rectangles and the word "CISC" at the bottom. The top right logo is for the Kingston Police Force, featuring a shield with a Martello Tower and a crown, and a blue band under the shield that reads "KINGSTON POLICE FORCE". On the lower portion of the plaque below the 2 logos is a silver coloured metal plate that reads "C.I.S.O. CONFERENCE KINGSTON 1990". On the bottom of the base are 2 key shaped grooves.
