Description
This is a wood and metal plaque with a crest of Frontenac County. The crest has a ship at the top with a blue background. Below on a green background is a bundle of grain, and a plough. There is a design of a belt around the crest that reads "COUNTY OF FRONTENAC" in gold text around it. Below is a black metal plate. The plate reads, "RECONSTRUCTION // OF / TAYLOR-KIDD // BOULEVARD // 1987" in silver text. There are two grooves on the reverse side for hanging.
