Description
A shield shaped wooden plaque with a circular metal disc in the centre. The brass coloured disc has the image of Kingston City Hall on the centre and the words "Where the Confederation Dream Began. Kingston, Ontario" in black lettering on the outer ring. Around the metal disc on the wood are yellow coloured words that read "21st Battalion Club 50th Anniversary// Sept. 27-28-29 1968". The back of the plaque has a key hole shaped groove and 2 metal nails inside a circle.
