The text on the cover says "ROUGHING IN MEASUREMENTS REVISED OCTOBER 1933 PORT HOPE ENAMELED PLUMBING WARE REGISTERED TRADEMARK SUPERIORITY PURITY DURABLE AS THE PYRAMIDS PORT HOPE SANITARY MANUFACTURING CO. LIMITED 1404 ROYAL BANK BUILDING, TORONTO, FACTORIES - - PORT HOPE, CANADA". The cover is a grey, with black text with a light grey border. There is a stylized image of a bath and the pyramids of Giza. A series of 7 holes has been punched into the book near the spine. The back side says "THE CARSWELL CO LIMITED TORONTO". There is a pencil note on the inside of the back cover. b- A (one sided) receipt form from "To JOSEPH SHARPE, Dr. Plumbing and Steamfitting" on 168 Nelson Street, Kingston Ontario. It is from the 1930s. It also says "Phone 557 W" and "Jobbing a Speciality" on the form. There are no markings and the form hasn't been filled out.
