A shield shaped wooden plaque with a metal design of a rearing horse standing on a globe and has a lightening bolt behind it. It is the symbol of the Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineer Association. There is the initial that reads "R.C.E.M.E" on a metal band behind the horse with a crown on top of the band. A metal plate below the rearing horse reads, "Presented by The Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineer Association and The Electrical and Mechanical Engineer Association on the Third of June Nineteen Ninety Four". There is a metal hook at the central top on the back of the plaque.
