Description
A silver coloured metal plaque that is mounted on a wooden base. An engraved image on the plaque shows 2 people sailing a boat. Below the human figures are black engraved words that read "Canadian Olympic-training Regatta Kingston 1989". There is a key shaped opening at the central top on the bottom of the base.

This regatta is commonly referred to as CORK.
