A framed presentation copy of the emblem or Coat of Arms of the Canadian 1st Signal Regiment with brass plaque "Presented to the City of Kingston by 1st Canadian Signal Regiment on our 70th Anniversary 6 August 1984". Signed upper right "Approved Elizabeth R" and lower right "J.A. Buckingham" Director of Ceremonial. Set in a green mat and wood frame with gold trim. A white and red label on reverse "Kingston Frameworks ..."
