A grouping of five vignettes, with the gate of Fort Frontenac at the centre; a grouping of men and women in historical dress on the left; two figures, three Martello towers, and a sailboat along the bottom; and two figures at left and upper left. "J. Weston" is signed into the plate in the lower left corner. There are multiple inscriptions below each of the vignettes.
