This is a one page agreement. It is the "Street Smart Lighting Agreement" between Ontario Hydro, the Ministry of Energy, and the Corporation of the City of Kingston. It states that all parties agree to the conditions outlined in the Streetlight Conversion Program. It has signature blocks for Mayor of Kingston, H. Cooper, Executive Co-ordinator of Programs and Technology Branch of the Ministry of Energy, R. P. Shervill, and Vice-President of the Energy Management Branch of Ontario Hydro, D. B. MacCarthy. The agreement is typed out in black ink. It is not signed.
