This is a one page agreement. It is the "Street Smart Lighting Agreement" between Ontario Hydro, the Ministry of Energy, and the Corporation of the City of Kingston. It states that all parties agree to the conditions outlined in the Streetlight Conversion Program. It is signed by Harry H. Bennett on behalf of the Mayor of Kingston, H. Cooper, Executive Co-ordinator of Programs and Technology Branch of the Ministry of Energy, R. P. Shervill, and Vice-President of the Energy Management Branch of Ontario Hydro, D. B. MacCarthy.
