Photograph

This is a framed black-and-white photograph. It shows an image of a ship on the lake, and the ship has a smoke stack in the centre. There is an inscription in black lettering on the bottom of the work that reads "Presented to Kingston Board of Trade// Compliments of the Northern Navigation Co." On the top edge of the photograph is the crest of the Corporation of the City of Kingston. The motto in Latin on the bottom of the crest is "PRO REGE// GREGE// LEGE". This photograph has a wooden frame with floral ornamentations on both the inner and outer edges.
