Certificate

A cream coloured certificate from the Canadian Red Cross Society on foam core with mat board. On the central top of the certificate is a symbol of the red cross with the red words "THE CANADIAN RED CROSS SOCIETY" below in both English and French. The printed black inscription in the centre read "Citation PRESENTED TO THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KINGSTON IN RECOGNITION AND APPRECIATION OF THEIR GENEROUS DONATIONS TO THE MANY APPEALS FOR FUNDS// KINGSTON AND DISTRICT BRANCH OF THE CANADIAN RED CROSS SOCIETY". The lower centre of the certificate is affixed with the red seal of the Canadian Red Cross Society. On the left side of the seal is the date "SEPTEMBER 1990" in black lettering. On the right side of the seal is a hand-written signature in black ink by President Ontario Davidson. There is a white label affixed to the bottom right corner of the back from the Kingston Frameworks.
