Certificate

A certificate of award on a cream coloured single-sided piece of paper. On the central top are the blue words "Canada Day July 1st" in both English and French with a Canadian flag. The texts read "Certificate of Award// This certificate is awarded to Doug Fluhrer in recognition of an outstanding contribution in support of Canada Day 1986" in both English and French. On the bottom of the certificate are hand-written signatures of the Secretary of State of Canada and the President of the Provincial Territorial Canada Day Committee. There are brown leaf illustrations on the bottom left and right corners.
