Plaque

A rectangular shaped wood and metal plaque with the heraldic crest of Municipalidad de Merlo (the municipality of Merlo). The crest shows a black wolf on a green field with a bird flying above it on a white background. There is a red rose at each corner of the crest. On the outside of the shield is a knight's helmet with garlands around it. Below the crest is a brass coloured metal plate with the words "Raul A. Othacehe// Intendente 1994" engraved on it. The back of the plaque has a small metal hook at the top and a vertical groove on the left side.
