Plaque

A silver coloured metal plaque that is mounted on a wooden base. The plaque is engraved with a stylized image of the Kingston sculpture "Tetra" in the foreground and flags and sailboats in the background. Under the image is a engraved signature of J. David Brown. The title of the plaque on the bottom reads, "Canadian Olympic-training Regatta Kingston 1988". There is a key shaped hole at the central top on the bottom of the wooden base.
